The National Event Website!
In September (3rd to 6th) The entire Alliance LARP Nation will be coming out to little ol' Alliance Ohio to participate in our biannual National Event!  Want to come?  Need directions/a place to stay/info?  Want to donate materials, props or time? This Event will be a standard Weekend Event allowing Players to arrive Friday Night and stay until Sunday Afternoon.  This event will be held at:

Lewis Arboretum
65500 Girl Scout Rd
St Clairsville, OH 43950

Lewis Arboretum has a full kitchen and two heated cabins (as well as several which are not heated and not insulated). If you plan on attending this event (as a PC or NPC) please make sure to bring appropriate clothing and bedding. Wall hangings and tapestries can be used to help insulate individual cabins if you choose to sleep that way. There is running water as well as a full bathroom with showers at this site. For those who have attended Alliance Ohio events before this is our normal SUMMER SITE.

SITE UPDATE!!! - All of the Cabins in the Town, as well as the camping spots in the Lower Field (referred to now as "Downside") HAVE ELECTRICITY!  This includes two lights (on a switch) as well as an outlet in each of the cabins (which have 8 bed spaces a piece).  

With as hot as it has been this summer please think about bringing extra dry clothes, a small fan for your sleeping area as well as essentials such as Sunscreen, bug repellents, allergy medications, a water bottle (the water at camp is filtered and drinks are supplied but please ensure you have it available at all times to stay hydrated!). PLEASE PLAN AHEAD.

Event Costs, Preregistration and You
A few months ago the "at the door"price for Alliance Ohio games was raised- this reflects a 15$ fee for those who don't pre-register as we can't plan ahead for your printing, eating and other needs.  We DO NOT LIKE to charge this price so please use the Event Registration Forms, send in payment via Paypal (or check) and have any necessary cards/info sent to our Logistics at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
